How often should I schedule service?
Most families choose weekly or twice-weekly service so the yard never gets out of hand. We also offer bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleanups if that fits you better.
Do I have to be home during service?
No. As long as we can access your yard (gates unlocked or code provided), we can clean while you’re away. You’ll get a notification so you know we came by.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If lightning or severe weather makes it unsafe to be in your yard, we’ll reschedule your visit as soon as possible and let you know.
How do I start, pause, or cancel service?
You can request a quote and start service online in a few minutes. You’re free to pause or cancel at any time through your account portal.
What about my dog being in the yard?
If your dog is friendly with strangers, we’re happy to continue working while they’re outside. If they’re protective or nervous, we ask that you bring them in during your visit window. If a dog appears aggressive when we arrive, our technician will contact you and kindly reschedule service for everyone’s safety.
